Pick breathable fabrics that move with you. A lightweight, moisture-wicking tee or tank paired with stretchy leggings or joggers will keep sweat from turning into a sticky mess. Layer a zip-up hoodie or light jacket that you can easily shed when the beat drops and the room heats up.

Footwear is the biggest decision. Choose shoes with good arch support and a snug fit - think high‑top sneakers with a breathable mesh upper. Break them in before the night, and bring a pair of gel insoles for extra cushioning. Avoid new shoes that could cause blisters after a few hours of dancing.

Accessories should be functional, not flashy. A small, zippered fanny pack or belt bag lets you keep your phone, ID, and cash safe without bouncing around. A reusable water bottle or hydration pack is a lifesaver for a nine‑hour set, and a simple bandana can double as a sweat absorber or a quick fashion tweak.

Plan for temperature changes. Venues can swing from icy chill to furnace hot, so a packable windbreaker or a thin fleece you can tie around your waist is ideal. Keep a spare pair of socks in your bag - fresh socks can make the difference between a happy ending and a sore foot after hours of non‑stop movement.
