Evergreen Digital Media Corp., a leading operator of digital signage and retail media networks, announced a strategic capital and licensing partnership with Adwave Digital Inc., a provider of AI‑powered advertising technology. The agreement, revealed from Denver on Sept. 11, 2026, will combine Evergreen’s venue screens with Adwave’s AI platform. The collaboration aims to enhance advertising capabilities for clubs, festivals and other nightlife spaces, giving brands more targeted reach while offering venues new revenue streams.
